Trammell Crow Company, founded in Dallas, Texas in 1948, is one of the nation’s oldest and most prolific developers of, and investors in, commercial real estate.

PSGX worked closely with the Project Manager of Trammel Crow on their West Hollywood, "Domain" and Fullerton, "Alexan" developments. Scope of work for both communities were similar - Full Color Large Format and Super Graphics for their interior Way Finding, Lobby, Garage entries, and interior, exterior Parking and Leasing Office, Informational, Bldg Identity signage.

A few design goals for West Hollywood, the PM wanted "DOMAIN" signage in the garage  lobby entry to be distinct with a strong brand presence - along with a vibrant graphic background. PSGX suggested initially illuminated interior signage - however the electrical path, conduit would be exposed, channeling the power was not within budget. A good compromise was wall mounted dimensional letters with a glossy face. Both West Hollywood and the Fullerton, Alexan garage environments - due to limited natural light - required large Super Graphics for their garage Parking Way Finding. Our scope of work included preparing Level 4 walls throughout the Domain property for their inventory of large format applications.
