Spanning a full city block atop Beverly Hills’ famed Golden Triangle, moments from the world-famous Rodeo Drive, Mandarin Oriental Residences, Beverly Hills is the brand’s first West Coast location and the city’s first luxury condominium in a decade.

PSGX was tasked with producing a large super graphic that spanned an entire city block facing the iconic Wilshire Blvd, in the heart of Beverly Hills. The nearly 800 linear feet of structural considerations to assure that the directions by the client, both met city permitting requirements, and most importantly - met and complimented the elevated brand of the client. This would assure that both the Beverly Hills community, and the client with very specific finish and quality was met. In that respect, PSGX advised the client and PM, that this would require structural framing and sheathing to provide the seamless smooth finish that met Svhos brand level expectations.
